I’ve Never Done Yoga or Cycling Before, Where Should I Start?

Do I Need To Register For Classes?
Yes, we recommend signing up in advance via the Mindbody App or Mindbody online through our website here. You will create a simple profile and choose your class. If you experience the technology blues, reach out to Ashley at 563-542-8503.
Do I Need To Arrive Early?
Yes. Plan to arrive at least 15minutes prior to the start of class. We have a form for you to fill out and would love to help get you acclimated to the studio and provide a tour. Classes begin (and end) promptly at the posted class times, and late entrance is not permitted out of respect for the other students and instructor. The door will be locked during class times for the safety and security of our members and their belongings.
Can I leave class early?
We begin and end classes as a community. We respectfully ask you do not leave classes early (unless feeling ill). It is a distraction to both the other members + instructors. If you need to leave a class early, we ask you find another time to participate.
What is the pricing structure?
We offer monthly memberships, class packs and single drop-ins.

We recommend starting with the 2 Week Unlimited Classes for $30. Upon completion, we also offer a 1st Month Discount for $75. And after that, we have a variety of options based on your frequency + desires to get you the best bang for you buck.
Do I need a yoga mat or cycling shoes?
We have lululemon yoga mats available for rent, and they are free to use during your 2 Week Trial. Our cycling bikes accommodate both regular tennis shoes, and SPD clip-ins. Please make sure to bring a change of shoes with you for class, no outside shoes are allowed in the cycling room or throughout the studio.
What items do I need to bring with me?
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, hand towel, water + change of shoes (if cycling). We do provide hand towels for all cycling classes. Mats, towels + water are available for rent/purchase if needed.
Can I shower or change at the studio?
Yes! We have gorgeous bathrooms with 3 showers in the womens, and two in the mens. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner + body wash. Help yourself to toiletry items including but not limited to: q-tips, lotion, make-up remover, hair brush, blow-dryer, straightener, deodorant, rubberbands, tampons and more.
Do you provide lockers or cubbies?
We have ample space for your personal belongings. Feel free to make yourself at home and place your things on the provided hooks, benches, couches, chairs etc. Our door will be locked during class and your belongings secure.
